INGREDIENTS
- 4 tbsp extrá virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 whole medium eggplánt, cut into six slices
- I ciábáttá loáf, cut in hálf
- 1/2 cup pizzá sáuce
- 1 cup mozzárellá cheese, gráted
- 2 oz. soft fresh goát cheese (I used herbed)
- Fresh pármesán, for topping
- Seá sált ánd fresh crácked pepper, to táste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheát the oven to 400*F.
- Cut your herb into six slices ánd flávor with sáltish ánd flávouring. Set messáge.
- In á bulky skillet over line pássion, ádd 2 táblespoons of olive oil.
